Nandrolone Phenylproprionate is the same drug as Nandrolone Decanoate. The difference is how long it takes to be absorbed and take effect, also pinning schedule. NPP needs pinning every other day, Deca once a week.

Nandrolone phenylpropionate (Durabolin) is a fast acting nandrolone with an active-life of 2-3 days as compared to Deca Durabolin’s 14-16 day active-life. For this reason, males injected Durabolin every 2-3 days and women reportedly avoided virilization effects with injections every 5-7 days (while still enjoying a very high quality but slow lean mass gain). For more rapid strength and mass gains, Deca Durabolin was noted as a better choice of nandrolone.
For the Novice:
1. Initiate with 100mg per week of nandrolone phenylpropionate.
2. Gradually increase to a maximum of 300mg per week as the body adapts.
3. Cycle length should be kept to 8-10 weeks for beginners.
For the Seasoned User:
1. Dosage can range from 300mg to 600mg per week, based on experience.
2. Cycle lengths can extend up to 12 weeks with close monitoring.
3. Stacking may include a testosterone base and other compatible agents.

Doses for men vary between 200mg and 400mg over an 8 to 12 week period. The weekly dose is usually split into two doses per week due to the short acting nature of the phenylpropionate ester.
Recommended dose for woman are 50mg per week (single dose once a week injection) for no longer than 4 to 6 weeks.
